Hiking Schedule

Wed. Nov. 5, 2025 - HIKE - P11 - Gatineau Park to Carbide Willson Ruins (trail 36)

We'll meet at 10:30 a.m. at Parking lot 11, Gatineau Park and hike to Carbide Willson Ruins along trail 36.  Possible visit to Capuchin Chapel.  Bring a picnic lunch.

Fri. Nov 7, 2025 - HIKE - RA Centre to Fletcher Gardens & Arboretum

Meet at 10:30am in the west end lobby of the RA Centre, 2451 Riverside Drive.

We'll hike from the RA Centre to nearby Fletcher Gardens and the Arboretum to enjoy the fall colours.  Lunch at Carleton U. campus ..

HIKE -  WAKEFIELD INN to BROWN LAKE CABIN - Thurs. Nov. 20th - 10:30 a.m.

Note: Willson Carbide ruins from P11 is not open due to renovations to the site so please join Bob Cavan at the Wakefield Inn at 10:30 a.m. for a hike to Brown Lake cabin. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/52805948 Some uphill walking but not strenuous. Return distance is 6.6 km. Bring a picnic lunch and some hot tea! Refreshments after hike in Wakefield.

We'll hike 5km out to Healey cabin and return same route - total 10km. Picnic lunch at Healey cabin
