How to Reserve your space:

1. MEMBERSHIP: You must be a RA Ski & Outdoor Club member for the 2024-2025 season to travel in 2025 i.e.  membership expiry date extends past Feb 9, 2025.   Contact the RA Centre 613-733-5100 to join or renew or extend your membership – before rates may increase September 1, 2024.
2. DOWNLOAD and COMPLETE a Trip Application fillable form or PDF form
3. RESERVE YOUR SPACE: Submit (email) your completed Application form anytime after August 7, 2024 8:00 AM to reserve a space (email address provided on form), or enter the wait list.
4. PAY THE DEPOSIT to confirm your reservation: space permitting, upon receiving the Application form, your space will be reserved. The Weeklong Coordinator will send you a link to our custom Registration portal by Voyages Gendron.  Confirm your Registration space by providing payment details securely to Voyages Gendron at that time.  Payment via Credit Card:  MC, VISA, AmEx (no additional charges).

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis, subject to availability, until November 22, via email or, in special circumstances, at the RA Centre East Desk along with payment details in an envelope clearly marked “To the attention of RA Ski - Weeklong Coordinator – Jaime Impey”.  Ensure that you have emailed to advise the Coordinator that you will be dropping it off AND that the date and time submitted are written on your envelope by the desk staff.

• IKON users take note: our package’s Unlimited ski pass included access to various ski areas, excursion sites, attractions, and our day in Courmayeur IT, which are not accessible for IKON pass users.

DESTINATIONS

Mont Blanc Valley, one of the most famous alpine destinations in the world, is paradise for winter sports over 5 resorts.   We are centrally located in Chamonix at Hotel Le Faucigny, with easy access to resort transits and dining of all levels. Access to the Brévent ski area is via the Savoy ski lift located less than a 5-minute walk away. Shuttle buses running to the Valley’s other ski areas stop just a few metres from the hotel.

Our 1-day visit to Courmayeur offers 100 km of groomed runs and freeride tracks, on 33 slopes with significant differences in altitude, including the Arp, which allows you to ski at 2,755 meters above sea level.  On the way home, we overnight in Geneva with time to explore using public transport network UNIRESO: buses (TPG), trains (CFF), and boats (Mouettes genevoises).
